materials fee and materials list

Dear Parents:

 Greetings! We want to take this opportunity to tell you how school materials are handled in the Lower Elementary (grades Nursery-2^nd).

 

It is a common practice at the Discovery School to relieve parents from the stress of getting the materials for our younger students, and request a fee from parents that allows each grade teacher to buy uniform materials for the class, and to have all the necessary items at the beginning of the school year.

For the 2014-2015 school year we are asking for a US$150 or (L.3,250). This amount of money is to be paid to your child’s homeroom teacher. Teachers will begin purchasing these materials over the summer.

 Also the nursery students need to bring the following items:

• Small backpack

• Spare set of clothes (inside the backpack)

• One packet of baby wipes

• One box of klennex

• One jar of Lysol wipes.
